WARRANTY

Braun Shavers: 2 year limited warranty (foil and cutter block excluded)
In the event a Braun Shaver fails to function within 2 years from date of purchase, because of defects in material or workmanship, and the consumer returns the unit to an authorized
service center, Braun Canada, will, at its option, either repair or replace the unit without
additional charge to the consumer.

This guarantee does not cover any product, which has been damaged by dropping,
tampering, wrong current, servicing performed or attempted by unauthorized service agencies, misuse or abuse, kinks in the shaver foil as well as the normal wear of the shearing parts.

Exclusion of Warranties: The foregoing warranty is the sole warranty offered by Braun Canada. Braun Canada hereby disclaims any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will Braun Canada be responsible for consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.

Braun IPL Female Hair Removal: 1 year limited warranty

In the event the device fails to function within 1 year from date of purchase, because of defects in material or workmanship, and the consumer returns the unit to an authorized service center, Braun will, at its option, either repair or replace the unit without additional charge to the consumer.

We stand behind our products and quality controls. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Braun® product you purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, you may request a refund or replacement Product.

REQUIRMENTS:

Braun offers 100 Day Money Back Guarantee on our products.

The Guarantee is limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

Require a valid proof of purchase.

Braun reserves the right to verify information and to deny Guarantee requests at its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Braun Money Back Guarantee.

You will then need to mail, your Product (including all parts except shaver cleaning fluid) in its original package if it is still available or securely packaged to avoid damage in shipping.

You must submit your Guarantee request within 100 days of the date of original purchase .

Limit one refund per name, household, or address. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution.

Offer limited to legal residents of:

United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age

Canada who are at least nineteen (19) years of age.

The electronic Guarantee request must be completed and include proof of purchase to receive a refund in the form of a prepaid card. Reproduction, alteration, sale, trade, or purchase of this submission or proof of purchase is prohibited.

Proof of purchase must be obtained from product purchased by you. No requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will be honored. We will not honor incomplete submissions. Not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered submissions.

REIMBURSEMENT

Refunds will be issued via a prepaid card. Prepaid card accepted where MasterCard® cards are accepted. Not redeemable as cash or usable at ATMs or gas pumps. Card expires 6 months from issuance. Terms of prepaid card apply.
